The Public Library project aims at connecting people in one place for all their educational needs. The space comprises of a locker area, reception, reading hall, technology center, study rooms, book signing room, audio-visual room, librarian offices, staff meeting room, waiting area, lounge, storage rooms and restrooms.

The design was kept simple aiming towards the functionality of the space first and foremost. The double height above the reading hall was used to suspend bold lighting structures. Special consideration was taken regarding the acoustics and sound control.
